The problem was that until October 1964, Veejay owned the rights to the songs included on Introducing The Beatles (i.e., 12 of the 14 tracks on Please Please Me). The intention was that Capitol issue the same LPs in the US and Canada, as the eventually did. I ignore how much from these is imported from the UK EPs. What particularly impressed me about this album is the quality of the liner notes (technical, historic details). Love the sound though - no other mono copy to compare it too. I got my NM one a couple of years ago in a thrift shop! I inquired about its value to a trustworthy shop owner whom I ususally sell stuff to and he told me he wouldn't give me much for it, meaning they are so common. Yes T&S is quite common here, even the old mono one.
